Did you know you should have 6 to 9 servings of vegetables and fruits a day? We should eat 6 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruits. Juicing is the FASTEST, EASIEST, AND THE MOST EFFICIENT way for our digestive system to optimally break down all the nutrients in the juice’s fruits and vegetables.
How does that happen, you ask?! If we eat solid, plant based fruits and veggies, our digestive systems have to go through the extra step of breaking down the solids before the nutrients can be fully utilized by our bodies. Juicing eliminates that extra step so our bodies can fully and instantly absorb and maximize all the juicing ingredient’s vitamins and minerals.
Fresh juice has a higher concentration of all the healthy benefits our cells crave so they can work the way they were designed to operate to do their part in keeping us healthy.
Healthy CELLS are key to helping our digestive system filter out toxins from unhealthy eating habits. (As we know we all ‘slip’ once in awhile!) Our CELLS also help prevent inflammation which slows down our kidneys, liver, and adrenals from filtering efficiently. Our CELLS work hard to give us a Healthy Lifestyle so let’s help them help us!
