The doctors and staff of Desert Foot and Ankle, PC appreciate your interest in our practice. We have been in the Valley for over 35 years and now have two offices to serve you! You can find us on the South side of Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona, or in our new office located in Fountain Hills. We are in close proximity to Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale and Phoenix. We invite you to call our office with questions or to schedule an appointment.

Our goal is to educate each patient regarding their problem and begin a treatment program designed to provide the highest quality of care. Our offices are state-of-the-art with digital radiology and electronic charting. Jason C. Harrill, D.P.M., FACFAS

Upon finishing his three-year medical and surgical residency training program, Dr. Harrill worked with the Indian Health Service in Sacaton, Arizona, with the Pima Indians. This tribe has the highest incidence of diabetes in the world and consequently Dr. Harrill gained broad experience in managing diabetic foot problems.

Dr. Harrill has also been training new physicians for over 10 years in private practice and with the Baja Project for Crippled Children. He is an examiner for the board certification process and is himself triple board-certified in podiatric medicine, surgery of the foot, rear foot and ankle, and wound care.

Drs. Maling and Harrill were classmates in medical school and have known each other for nearly 20 years.

Scott N. Maling, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.
A significant portion of Dr. Maling’s practice involves Trauma, complex Reconstructive Rear foot and Ankle problems, Pediatric Foot and Ankle problems, and Diabetic foot problems. He has also trained extensively in ankle replacement surgery and has been performing ankle replacements for 12 years. Dr. Maling enjoys working with children and is actively involved in many professional organizations and committees and continues to work hard in order to provide his patients with the best Podiatric care possible. Dr. Maling is actively involved in the training of young Podiatrists with his involvement in the Carl T. Hayden VAMC Surgical Residency Program.
